1. I am very faithfully using my planner and google calendar. This has been very helpful. The biggest advantage is seeing a busy week before I simply decide to just add that "one more thing". It also helps to group certain appointments and errands so I can cluster some tasks together at close locations and save myself a whole bunch of driving time.
2. I've gotten back into a good rhythm of meal and food planning such that I only have to go to the grocery store once a week. For a family of 10, I think that is pretty impressive. (This has been a success before, but it went all crazy this summer and I have had to work hard to establish the routine again.)
3. I survived another storm of "raising a teen drama". The teen learned, I learned. We're all good. And I so love that teen.

if these teens are giving "storms", i fear your later teens might bring on hurricanes. :)
