Say it aloud? That I am actually well on my way on getting "caught up" on the laundry? Oh the glee! (Caught up means that the mounds threatening to swallow my small children have all but disappeared and I will soon be on a very manageable two loads per day to maintain order.)
I finally made my own laundry detergent. I was inspired a little while back by this post from Jennifer. I used the recipe in the first link, though I used Dr. Bronner's instead of Fels Naptha. I was able to find everything at local stores. It does smell wonderful, is extremely cheap and very easy to put together and really cleans well. My family made fun of me. I don't care.

now that you've got your laundry under control, you should switch to cloth diapers! :) antonio looked so cute with his little "apple bottom" all day. and it's really only 1 extra load every 2-3 days.
I use Dr. Bronners too - or Ken's, which smells delicious. My grandmother makes fun of me too - "Do you know you can buy that at the store?". I'm so glad it's working well for you!
