Art Lessons

Last week we made little paper grottoes for Our Lady of Lourdes complete with little tissue paper roses. These consisted simply of crushed up little balls of tissue paper.

Kay loved making those roses. So much so that I am now finding more artwork decorated with roses...made from napkins. Imagine big huge white "roses" glued onto page after page of colorful illustrations...every day...all over the kitchen and dining room. She is so proud of her roses.

I love them. And I love Kay's joy in making them. Even if I don't know what to do with all of them.
