Thank Heaven

I often wonder why the Lord would bless us with six daughters (currently). I just read a little editorial about the increasing number of people choosing the gender of their children (along with commentary on the frightening decline of females in China caused by their population control policies). It seems people choose boys. Don't get me wrong. I love my sweet boy so very much and hope one day the Lord would send us the brother he dreams of, but thank heaven the good Lord has sent me these beautiful daughters. I hope to raise them to be the women our injured culture needs to lift itself out of this darkness.
